Consisting of three halls decorated in a simple but welcoming style, Hotel San Lino's in-house restaurant, "Le Monache", is available for our guests' use should they choose our half-board option.

Etruscan soup (with barley), Volterran soup (the local version of ribollita), hare-ragout with pappardelle noodles,
tortelloni (stuffed pasta) with mushroom sauce, Volterran skewers, polenta with mushrooms and sausage,
polenta with wild boar, rabbit sautèed in Vernaccia wine, cuttlefish stewed with wild greens,
and stewed wild boar with herbs.
In the large main hall we prepare a rich breakfast buffet each morning with home-made cakes, mixed cold-cuts, yogurt and cereals, aimed to satisfy any preference. The right way to start a full day visiting our beautiful city.
In the summer months the small internal courtyard adjacent to the main hall is also opened so guests can have their breakfasts outside, enjoying the fresh air of the morning hours, or enjoy a lovely dinner in a suggestive atmosphere.
